After eating so much on vacation and fighting colds upon our return, we found ourselves in the middle of a new weekend with nothing in the fridge. After some resourceful scavenging, we turned up two midday snacks - duck prosciutto with melon and cheese, and duck pate with pickled rhubarb, mustard, and crackers. Not too bad, but our arteries would probably prefer we make a trip to the store rather than eat like this all the time!
